FOUNDER & CEO

Arun Sharma established SBD in 1985, and much of the firm's success can be attributed to his visionary leadership and expertise. A highly experienced civil engineer by profession, Arun specializes in the design and execution of commercial, residential, institutional, interiors, and hospitality projects. His remarkable career is marked by his commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction and design industry.

Over the years, Arun has built a prestigious clientele that includes renowned names such as:

Sterling Holidays Resort, Resort Condominiums International (RCI), Monarch Group of Hotels, Tata, Nestle etc.

Arun's leadership has driven SBD to achieve significant milestones and establish a reputation for delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. His ability to blend technical proficiency with creative vision makes him a distinguished figure in the industry.

ABHISHEK SHARMA

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

M.S. in Construction Science and Management (M.C.S.M) from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina, USA.

Abhishek Sharma is a seasoned professional in the field of construction management with a robust academic background and practical expertise. He holds an M.S. in Construction Science and Management (M.C.S.M) from Clemson University, where he acquired comprehensive knowledge of Construction Industry Institute (CII) trends, including safety, quality, cost, material, and labor control, along with LEED regulations for sustainable construction.

During his academic tenure, he published a notable research paper on ‘Construction Theft and Site Security’ with the Associated Schools of Construction (ASC) in 2010. The paper was presented at the ASC Boston Conference the same year and was well-received by the Industry Advisory Board at Clemson University.

He also holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, India. His professional journey includes working with prestigious clients such as VA Group, Artius, The WIRE Group, etc. where he served as the coordinating liaison between WOW Architects, Singapore, and KGA Architects, India.

With his expertise in both the academic and professional realms, Abhishek Sharma brings valuable insights and a comprehensive approach to construction management.

GUNJAN SHARMA

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

A Certified BIM Manager and Internationally Experienced Architect

Gunjan Sharma is a multi-talented and certified Lead Designer with extensive international experience in the field of architecture. She has played a pivotal role in numerous prestigious projects, including Expo 2020, Doha Metro, Starbucks, and several others across the United States.

Gunjan completed her Master's in Architecture from the University of Barcelona with flying colors. Her career is marked by her associations with esteemed multinational companies like Target, Arabtec, Atkins, Starline Windows and Satellier Inc.

Additionally, Gunjan has substantial experience in BIM projects across the US and Canada. She excels in creating detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings using BIM, further enhancing the precision and efficiency of her architectural solutions.

As an expert architect in the construction industry, Gunjan's remarkable flair for design and aesthetics ensures that every space she designs is not only visually appealing but also highly functional.

She also brings a wealth of knowledge in Vastu Shastra, which she integrates into her architectural designs to ensure harmony and positive energy flow within the spaces she creates. Her expertise in Vastu adds an extra layer of cultural and spiritual significance to her projects, catering to clients who value these traditional principles.

ASHUTOSH SHARMA

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Ashutosh Sharma is a dynamic leader with over a decade of cross-industry experience, merging his strong background in hospitality management with deep-rooted expertise in construction. After earning his Bachelor's in International Tourism & Hotel Management from the renowned Cesar Ritz in Switzerland, he honed his leadership skills through 12 years of experience in Switzerland and Dubai's hospitality industry.

Raised in a construction-driven family, Ashutosh seamlessly transitioned into the construction sector. His focus on quality, precision, and strategic vision ensures that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations, driving long-term success.

With a unique blend of hospitality and construction expertise, Ashutosh Sharma brings a comprehensive and innovative approach to construction consultancy.
